Purpose and Scope of Work The purpose of the RFP is to obtain winter hauling rates for the 2024-2025 season for the Town of Niverville (Town). 2. Deliverables / Specifications The Town is looking for winter hauling rates for the following: i. Hauling of salt sand from the Birds Hill pits to the Niverville Operations yard; a. Scale tickets must be dropped off in the mailbox in front of 329 Bronstone after each load ii. Snow removal within the Town of Niverville; a. Provide the number of trailers/trucks available at any one time; b. Provide total number of hours for mobilization (both to Niverville and back home) per truck. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
