Renovation of a medical facility in Niverville, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Niverville Open Health is working to expand clinician rooms for practicing physicians. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide a quote to complete the structural portion of the expansion of the clinic. The Agreement is anticipated to commence as early as December 2024, or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in writing. The planned expansion includes 4 clinician rooms, a reception space, and a patient waiting area. Supply and install all structural & architectural components as laid out in the plans provided, up to and including the drywall stages of the work. All interior finishes including millwork. Project construction is to begin either is anticipated to commence in December of 2024 for occupancy in 2025 Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/11/07 12:00:00 PM CST.
