Reference Number 0000289290 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/26 12:00:00 PM CDT The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified contractors for a price to procure and deliver gravel and topsoil to locations within the Town. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on April 15th, 2025, or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in writing. The scope of the work will include: i. Procurement of the following products: a. A-Base, C-Base & Limestone i. 4"-6" Limestone (source of gravel must be provided) ii. 2" Limestone iii. " Limestone iv. ¼" Limestone v. A-Base vi. C-Base b. Traffic Gravel c. Topsoil d. Pea Gravel e. 1%-2%" Decorative Black Granite ii. Hauling & Delivery of product to locations within the Town of Niverville. The term of this agreement is for the 2025 calendar year. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
