New construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Niverville, Manitoba. Design plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility; for the construction of a 13,000-square-foot fire / police facility; and for the addition of a 10,500-square-foot municipal facility.
Construction of a new 10,500 sq ft operations shop onto the north end of the existing Town office building with renovations of the warehouse space at 329 Bronstone, demolition of the existing operations/fire hall & construction of a new 13,000 sq ft fire hall (with potential mezzanine). TIMELINE: Design updates will not be released, but detailed design is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Construction will be phased & may commence in 2026. Updates maybe available late 2025.
