Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility; for the construction of a 13,000-square-foot fire / police facility; and for the addition of a 10,500-square-foot municipal facility.
Construction of a new 10,500 sq ft operations shop onto the north end of the existing Town office building with renovations of the warehouse space at 329 Bronstone, demolition of the existing operations/fire hall & construction of a new 13,000 sq ft fire hall (with potential mezzanine). TIMELINE: An RFP for design has been issued by the owner. Construction will be phased & may commence in either 2025 or 2026, completion by December 31, 2027. Updates will be made upon award of contract. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
