Site work for a mixed-use development in Niverville, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The purpose of the RFP is to obtain costs to complete approximately 6,996 m2 of landscaping projects within the new Fifth Ave West residential development in the Town of Niverville. The work must begin by September 9, 2024 and be completed by October 18th , 2024, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Contractor and the Town. The following are the deliverables as understood by the Town for the landscaping project in Fifth Avenue West: i. Vegetation in the areas identified should be sprayed and dead prior to landscaping commencing ii. All areas Identified in Appendix 'B' need to be dug out 4 3/4" below final grade a. Town will supply a place to dump any excavated excess material b. Add 4" topsoil. The topsoil is to be supplied by the contractor. i. Topsoil shall be supplied in accordance with Clause 5.2 of CW 3540 of City of Winnipeg Construction Standards c. To prevent the formation of depressions or water pockets, the contractor will smooth out any undulations or irregularities in the topsoil surface prior to placing the sod.
