Section II - Vicinity of Marquette (C17240) Application of Micro Surfacing on Provincial Road 248 from Provincial Trunk Highway 26 to Provincial Trunk Highway 6, for a total construction distance of approximately 26.9 kms in the Municipality of Woodlands. Section III - Vicinity of Stonewall (C17232) Application of Micro Surfacing on Provincial Road 236 from 1.6km North of Provincial Trunk Highway 6 to Provincial Trunk Highway 7, for a total construction distance of approximately 33.0 kms in the Municipality of Rockwood. Section IV - Vicinity of Carberry (C17233) Application of Micro Surfacing on Provincial Trunk Highway 1 from 19.9km West of Provincial Trunk Highway 5 to 10.0km East of Provincial Trunk Highway 5 (Westbound Lanes), for a total construction distance of approximately 29.9 kms in the Municipality of North Cypress-Langford. Section V – Vicinity of Fairford (C17237) Application of Micro Surfacing on Provincial Trunk Highway 6 from 14.4km South of Provincial Road 513 (Fairford Dam) to Provincial Road 513, for a total construction distance of approximately 14.4 kms in the Municipality of Grahamdale. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages the Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than September 01, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. In Addition to the Daily Liquidated Damages, a Lump Sum Liquidated Damage of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars Will Be Charged to the Contractor if the Work is Not Completed by September 15, 2025. In Addition, the Lump Sum Liquidated Damages Will Be Charged to the Contractor on a Recurrent Annual Basis Until Substantial Completion.
