The successful proponent will demonstrate the ability to supply and support the requested products and integrate seamlessly with Catalis ERP (Muniware), the municipality’s financial and utility billing software The scope of this RFP includes but is not limited to: Supply and delivery of 50 new 5/8" remote capable reading water meters Supply of all necessary meter attachments Provision of MIU units or touch pads compatible with the meters and transceiver Supply and configuration of a compatible transceiver system Subscription and data management platform setup On-site or virtual training for municipal staff on the usage and maintenance of the system Technical support and warranty information All other components as required Pricing Lump sum Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
