The majority of the work takes place on the 2nd floor, but there is a portion of work on the 1st floor too. The project includes site improvements of (1) new light pole and base, new light poles on existing bases, relocated HVAC units, new concrete sidewalk/ramp at rear main entrance, and installation of an elevator in an existing elevator shaft. Bids shall be submitted for the Following Prime Contract: GC General Construction. Mountain Laurel Medical Center is requesting bids to be made and will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder(s) all as more thoroughly described in the Contract Documents.
