Site work and renovation of a civil project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: One (1) 160 gpm rated submersible potable ground water well including header piping and controls, one (1) construction well for plant construction including header piping and controls, one (1) 30 diameter ground storage tank, one (1) 8,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank, two (2) 500 gpm booster pumps, one (1) chlorination building including injection pumps, storage tank, and controls, an 8-foot grading for site for drainage and site prep, concrete access road, a permanent onsite generator, and all items and descriptions shown in the construction drawings and/or described in the specifications. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, The deadline to ask questions is 2/11/2025 11:00 AM CST The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except the time for submitting a Bid.
