The Town of Jupiter is requesting proposals from Professional Surveyors and Mappers with qualified staff to provide land surveying, mapping, plat review and other related miscellaneous services. All work shall be performed under the direction of a Professional Surveyor and Mapper registered under the State of Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services in accordance with Chapter 472, Florida Statutes, Land Surveying and Mapping including Chapter 5J17, Florida Administrative Code for Standards of Practice and Minimum Technical Standards. The work will be performed on a continuing, non-exclusive basis, as needed, for multiple departments within the Town of Jupiter. Up to three (3) non-exclusive, continuing services contracts may be issued for an initial contract term of three (3) years with the option to renew, by mutual agreement, for one (1) additional 3-year term, up to a cumulative total of six (6) years. Emails should be delivered with a Read Receipt requested to confirm successful receipt by the Town. Clarification and changes to the bid documents will be made by addendum through electronic. Questions received less than three (3) business days from the deadline for proposal submissions are not guaranteed to be answered . The Town of Jupiter reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
