Renovation of an educational facility in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The general scope of work includes but is not limited to: door and hardware replacement, HVAC, roofing, demolition, plumbing, electrical, acoustical ceiling, flooring, paint, toilet accessories and partitions, cleaning, and signs. The Morganti Group, Inc. serves as the Construction Manager for the School Board of Palm Beach County. This is a Construction Management at Risk project with a Guaranteed Maximum Price. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing for receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days. Once completed, all pre-qualification questionnaires must be submitted via email to estimating@morganti.com and/or mailed to The Morganti Group, Inc., Attn.: Prequalification, at 1662 North US HWY 1, Suite C, Jupiter, FL 33469.
