Provide price proposals for cleaning and inspection of potable water storage tanks in accordance with Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) regulations including Chapter 62-555 Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), AWWA standards and OSHA requirements. The Town of Jupiter Water Treatment Facility produces and distributes potable water to customers located within the Town of Jupiter and areas of Juno Beach, Martin County, and unincorporated Palm Beach County. Cleaning and Inspection of the following: six above ground concrete water storage tanks (one 1.0-million-gallon (MG), two 3.0 MG, one 5.0 MG, and two 8.0 MG); one partitioned concrete Nanofiltration (NF) clearwell (165,000 gallons), one steel hydropneumatic tank (20,000 gallons), one NF blend box (8,000 gallons), one supplemental blend box (12,500 gallons), and one Reverse Osmosis (RO) stilling chamber (2,700 gallons). Price proposals shall include all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and chemicals to complete the work described and intended by the Project Documents. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON.
