The University of Florida is seeking proposal from qualified janitorial service vendors with the ability, experience and resources to effectively and efficiently provide janitorial services at The Wertheim UF Scripps Institute for Biomedical Innovation & Technology in Jupiter, Florida. The term of this Agreement will be for an initial period of two (2) years, with an option to renew based on satisfactory performance and the written approval of both parties for up to two (2) additional two (2) year periods. The intended coverage of this ITN and any Agreement resulting from this solicitation is as stated in the Scope of Work, but should a need arise, other Departments at the University of Florida may also utilize the agreement. With the consent and agreement of the Successful Vendor, the other state universities, community colleges, district school boards, other educational institutions, and other governmental agencies, may assess and access an Agreement resulting from this solicitation issued and administered by the University of Florida. The University reserves the right to add and/or delete elements, or to change any element of the coverage and participation at any time without prior notification and without any liability of any kind or amount. The University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Such rejection may be without prior notice and shall be without any liability of any kind or amount to the University. The University shall not accept any proposal that the University deems not to be in its best interests.
