The nature and scope of this contract is: The Town of Jupiter is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors in the State of Florida to replace of an existing fire alarm system panel and its ancillary devices with one (1) new addressable fire alarm panel and ancillary devices within the Nanofiltration(NF) membrane treatment and pretreatment buildings located at the Town of Jupiter Water Treatment Plant. The new alarm system must meet all local, state and federal regulations. Proposals shall include, but not be limited to design, permitting, fabrication, installation, labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to furnish, install, and test an acceptable fire alarm system meeting the requirements of the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. Question Deadline 03/21/2025 Questions concerning the RFP shall be directed to Chris McKenzie, Utility Systems Manager, by email(chrism@jupiter.fl.us). Questions received less than three (3) business days from the deadline for proposal submissions are not guaranteed to be answered.
