The Town of Jupiter is soliciting bids for construction services and commercial grade materials to install poles and foundations within Cinquez Park located at 2832 W. Indiantown Rd. Jupiter, FL 33458. The Town contact will receive written requests for clarification concerning the meaning or interpretations of the ITB Bids are expected to include all electrical work, materials, labor, and engineering drawings necessary to construct the foundation and install the pole and waterproof equipment enclosure as designed by the Town's project consultant. This project is designed for three (3) webcams, supplied by the owner, mounted on 12 fl. Poles, provided by the awardee, to be constructed within the dog-park runs at Cinquez Park. The owner has specified the following materials to be used in the construction of the camera poles and foundations. No substitutes are allowed without written authorization from the Town of Jupiter. Other materials such as electrical wires, fasteners, etc. are the responsibility of the awardee to determine. Owner will procure and mount the cameras along with the communications services and equipment once this phase of the project is completed.
