Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint Marys City, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a conference / convention center; and for site work for a conference / convention center.

MSA is issuing this solicitation to select a highly qualified Architect/Engineer design firm to provide Preliminary Design services for a proposed new boutique hotel and conference center to support the Fort to 400 initiative in Historic St. Mary's City, MD, and as described in Section 3 of this Request for Proposal. During this preliminary design phase of the Project, the A/E will work closely with MSA and other Project Team members to analyze the overall viability of the Project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
