Professional consulting services are being sought for interior renovations for the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO), Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) & Board of Magistrates (BOM) offices at the Saginaw State Office Building. These renovations are expected to primarily include one half of the 4 th floor of the building with associated work to tie into building services as deemed necessary. Refer to the attached Appendix A for additional information. The renovations are expected to impact additional neighboring tenants (MIOSHA & MDHHS) and shared spaces.
