The Agency is seeking qualification statements from architectural and engineering firms to assist in various architectural and engineering projects on an as-needed basis. The successful proposer(s) shall have qualifications and experience to perform one or more of the following disciplines. The successful proposer(s) shall have all personnel, materials, and equipment and offer the services necessary to perform and accurately record the work described in this section. Subconsultants may be allowed for portions of the work on a case-by-case basis. The successful proposer's personnel, including all required sub-consultants, shall have the technical knowledge and skills to perform the work to professional standards and will maintain current professional registration in the State of Connecticut as well as the insurance coverage required by the Agency. The Agency anticipates that it will initially award a contract for the period of 1 year with the option, at the Agency's discretion, of 4 additional one-year option periods, for a total maximum contract period of 5 years. Prior to award (but not as a part of the proposal submission) the successful proposer will be required to provide: 5.4.1 Workers Compensation Insurance.
