The Strawberry Hill Mountain Bike Park Build project includes but is not limited to: the installation of 7,650 LF of new mountain bike trails with 3 wood overpass features, and a wooden starting feature, within currently undeveloped forested/vegetated parcels off NE High School road in central Bainbridge Island, WA Estimate bid cost : $400,000 - $450,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Questions may be directed to Michelle Miller, Procurement Administrator, at michellem@biparks.org. Any questions pertaining to the bid documents must be submitted in writing. The deadline for contractor questions regarding this project shall be submitted by 4 PM PST on Friday, February 7th. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for 5% of the total maximum amount of the bid, made payable to the Owner The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids or any items of the bid and in particular to reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the bidding documents or bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
