Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Xenia, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids are to be submitted on the following proposal: resurfacing and repair of Sheelin Road and Towler Road, including approximately 20,150 SY milling, 1,643 CY asphalt, 7,803 SF sidewalk, and 4,365 FT of curb, a cashiers check or certified check, issued by a responsible bank or trust company and payable to the order of the City of Xenia, or a letter of credit issued in accordance with ORC Chapter 1305., in the sum of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid. The bid guaranty or bid bond shall be enclosed with the sealed bid. The City of Xenia reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any discrepancies or irregularities in the Bids. The Bid will be awarded, in the Citys discretion, to the lowest and best Bidder. The Bid also contains alternates, which may be awarded in whole, part or none, in the Citys sole discretion.
