Site work and paving for a road / highway in Xenia, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For the purpose of applying chip seal and/or fog seal to selected roadways throughout Greene County, Ohio. This a collective bid by Greene County and the jurisdictions located in Greene County, Ohio, for the purpose of constructing a wearing surface of 422 chip seal and 886 fog seal to selected roadways. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials to provide 422 chip seal and 886 fog seal. The retainage will be withheld until the jurisdictions are satisfied with the performance of the work, the subcontractors paid-in-full affidavits are received, all certified payroll statements have been submitted and the one (1) year maintenance or performance bond (in the amount of 100% of the work) has been filed with the Greene County Engineer. Chip Sealing of Greene County roads is not to begin until August 1, 2025 or after, and must be completed by August 31, 2025. Question Deadline 02/19/2025 at 3:00 PM ET
