Plans call for a tenant improvement on the first and second floors for the behavioral health education and adult psychiatry program. The work would involve demolishing walls and adding new ones. The first floor would gain classrooms, flex offices, a records room, and a learner/resident hangout area. The second floor would gain classrooms, storage rooms, flex offices, testing offices, treatment rooms, exam rooms, offices, a reception room and waiting area, a bathroom, a lactation room, a copy/printer room, a workroom, an electrical room, and collaboration areas. The work would also involve ceiling, flooring, finishes, plumbing and electrical. As of December 23, 2025, a general contractor has been selected and the building permit application is under review. A firm timeline to construction has not been announced.
