Justice Center - Swing Stage - Maintenance, Repairs and Certification and Inspection Services A pre-bid conference will not be held for this bid. All questions in regards to the Sourcing Event must be submitted through the Q & A board. The County is seeking a Contractor to provide Maintenance, Repairs and Certification & Inspection services for the Justice Center Swing Stage on a time and materials basis. The work to be performed under this contract shall include, but not be limited to the following: . Contractor shall perform Swing Stage Repairs and Maintenance services (the "Work") at the Multnomah County Justice Center at 1120 SW 3rd Ave., Portland, OR 97204. . Swing Stage repairs and maintenance services and all related Work defined herein shall be performed in accordance with industry best practices, including but not limited to furnishing all necessary personnel, tools, equipment, materials and supplies. . The results of all service calls shall be documented and given to the County or designee upon Work completion. For complete description of scope of work and specification, please review Attachment 1 -Specifications and Additional Requirements in Buyers attachments. NOTE: Contractors must be authorized Tractel contractor the time on contracting. Please make note to review CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS - In the Specifications regarding Requirements for: 1) Sheriff's Background Check 2) District Attorney Background Check 3) Department of Community Justice (DCJ) Records Authorization Check and Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Fingerprint Background Check, 4) Correctional Facility Work Rules. 5) JCAHO Requirements. 6) Health Insurance Portability and Account (HIPPA). Any Contractor performing work in the Justice Center must have a completed and approved Background Check Authorization for each worker prior to starting any work. It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure their background checks are current and valid for the life of the contract Bidders may also request a copy of the Prevailing Wage Rates and rules by calling the Bureau of Labor and Industries at (971) 673-0838. SERVICE PERIOD Services will be for a five-year period of time. There is no guarantee for specific items to be needed over the life of the contract. BID BOND A Bid Bond will not be required for this solicitation. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS Performance and payment bonds will not be required for this contract. As a result of this sourcing event process, Multnomah County intends to offer a Contracts on a requirements basis to the lowest bidder who meet minimum requirements per section. Bidders are required to provide bids on sections (Items 1 thru 6). Bidders must bid on ALL lines in one section to be considered for award in that section of work. Bidders are invited to provide bids on Training section (Item 7). It will not be included in the low bid determination, but will be incorporated into the contract Question Submission Close Date 4/11/2025 4:00 PM PDT
