The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract to remove/repair and install fire alarm panels and devices at multiple courthouse locations in the State of New Hampshire, with services indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. Site locations are as follows: 25.4.1. 3rd Circuit - Family Division 35 East Conway Road Center Conway, NH 03813 25.4.2 1st Circuit - District Division 55 School Street #201 Lancaster, NH 03584 25.4.3 9th Circuit - District Division 30 Spring Street Nashua, NH 03060 25.4.4 2nd Circuit - District Division 26 Green Street Plymouth, NH 03264 Question Deadline 02/07/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions shall be submitted by email to James Poulin at James.M.Poulin@das.nh.gov States response to questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to bid: 2/14/2025 The term of the contract shall commence on April 1, 2025, or upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council, whichever is later, through November 30, 2025, a period of approximately eight (8) months. All vendors must submit a five (5% ) bid security Payment and Performance Security Bond with their prospective bids. The successful Vendor must submit within five (5) days of award, must furnish one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract as required by RSA 447:16 prior to execution of contract. The Payment and Performance Bond must be written by a company licensed to do business in New Hampshire at the time the policy is issued. the State reserves the right to use any information presented in a bid response.
