The West Valley Housing Authority is seeking proposals for the replacement of approximately 16.685 Sa. Ft. of asphalt pavement and sub-base and the sealcoatinq and striping of approximately 32,532 Sa. Ft (150 parking stalls) of existing asphalt pavement parking This project will be funded with federal funds and is subject to the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA). Pursuant to the DBRA, the HUD NonRoutine Maintenance Wage Rates wage rates must be paid. Section 3, small businesses, and minority or women-owned enterprises (MBWE) are encouraged to respond. Award will be based on a competitive selection process with primary consideration given to the best overall value to West Valley Housing Authority. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: 50pts possible for Cost (with up to a 10% differential for MBWE), 20pts possible for Capacity/Experience, 20pts possible for Past Performance, and 10pts possible for Oral Interview. The WVHA may reject any or all proposals and waive any informality in the award of this project, at its sole discretion, if it is determined to be in the best interest of the WVHA to do so.
