The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for installing ornamental steel fence with cantilevered single slide gates and egress gates for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Deadline for questions or requests for clarification 5 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Date identified in online for this ITB The selected Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract Price, executed in favor of the State of Oregon, to ensure faithful performance of the Contract and payment for labor and materials. Bidder may submit a cashier's check or certified check in lieu of all or a portion of the required performance bond. If Bidder plans to submit a cashier's check or certified check in lieu of the required bonds, please contact the Single Point of Contact for instructions.
