Renovation of a retail development in Siren, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a retail development.
The Burnett County Highway Department is seeking bids to replace the steel siding on the walls of a 140' x 60' building located just east of the Highway Shop at 8150 West Highway 70, Siren, WI. Bid Requirements Contractors are required to submit two separate bids along with proof of insurance: Steel Replacement with Removal: Includes replacing the steel siding and removing the existing steel from the premises. Project Timeline The project must be completed no later than October 1, 2025.
