**As of February 13, 2025, the project was awarded to Paul Sheet Meta, with an awarded amount of $398,000.** Please direct questions to Dan Peterson at 715-566-4625, or dpeterson@siren.k12.wi.us Specifications: o Square foot unit price, include time and materials o ReRoofing area over the High School and District Office. o Remove and dispose of rock ballast and all damaged materials o Replacement of existing roof insulations and new roof insulation of type, density and thickness. o Install new roofing system. o Include all other materials and labor necessary in the bid. *Proof of insurance must accompany bid *Include the roof warranty and specifications. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any part of a bid, or all bids.
