Project Name: USD 383 Interior Remodel Project Summer 2025 Amanda Arnold Elementary 1435 Hudson Ave, Manhattan, KS 66503 Summary Project Description: Interior work consists of installation of one stud wall to divide an existing storage room into two room and replacement of ceiling tile and grid and lights throughout most of the building (approx. 70,000 sqft). An addition of a sprinkler system throughout the entire building (existing standpipe is present). Exterior improvements to the west entry door to include rework of the sidewalk and a new canopy.
