Former Integrity Auto Phase 1 Building Improvements The Crawford County Career & Technical Center (Crawford Tech) requests bids for the Former Integrity Auto ñ Phase 1 Building Improvements The work includes select demolition and new wall framing construction, removal and replacement of the exterior building shell metal wall panels and insulation, the construction of a retrofit standing seam metal panel roof system and insulation, the construction of a metal liner panel ceiling, and all miscellaneous associated construction at the former Integrity Auto building located at 20763 Old Ellis Hill Road, Meadville, PA 16335. A sixty day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
