Awarded bidder is Dustin Nagy Excavating LLC with the amont of $4,994.65. 738 Stackstown Road Demolition Bid The project involves the demolition of the existing house, barn, and cleanup of all demolition debris and loose trash at 738 Stackstown Road in Conoy Township, Lancaster County, PA. Dumpster for demolition debris and loose trash will be provided by the Township. Hauling of dumpster will be performed by the Township. Bid bond or certified check for 10% of the total base bid payable to "Conoy Township" shall accompany each bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages should the bidder default in execution of the contract within 10 days after notice of award of same. The non-collusion affidavit must be executed and submitted with the bid. The Township reserves the right to waive irregularities in, or reject any and all bids. The estimated cost for the Contract is LESS than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall NOT apply. Bidders should refer to provisions of federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and preservation of public natural resources that affect the Project, said provisions being pursuant to Act No. 247 of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, approved October 26, 1972. This Project falls under The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania enacted Act 127 of 2012, known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act ('the Act') which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award. Faxed bids will not be accepted.
