Question Deadline 02/10/2025 may submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation or correction which must be received at least eight (8) days prior to the Bid date and time. 2025 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Rehabilitation Project 2025 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Rehabilitation Project The Bancroft-Clover Water and Sanitation District is accepting sealed bids for the 2025 Sanitary Sewer CIPP Rehabilitation Project The Project will include rehabilitation work for existing 8-inch, 12-inch, and 21-inch sanitary sewer pipe including approximately: 11,926.14 linear feet (LF) of Cured-in-Place-Pipe Structural Fiberglass Liner and required Service Sealings The work shall include all bypass pumping, erosion and traffic control, and other related improvements and appurtenances. This Project is located within the Bancroft-Clover Water and Sanitation District, located within the City of Lakewood, Colorado. No payment required. Reproductions are prohibited. No pre-bid conference is scheduled; however, interested Bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the area where the work will be performed. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the Bid date and time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any errors or irregularities, and to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications including financial statements.
