Reference Number 0000378553 Attachment A: Solar Feasibility Study Attachment B: Facility As Builts Attachment C: 12-Month Utility Data Attachment D: Facility Condtion Assessment Insurance Requirments The City of Lakewood (the "City") is seeking qualified individuals or entities ("Respondents") to submit proposals to provide an assessment and recommendations to modernize the HVAC systems, roof system, and energy infrastructure and solar project at the City of Lakewood Civic Center. This project aims to assess and provide recommendations for the replacement of the City's aging HVAC and roof systems, recommendations of a building automation system to monitor those systems and evaluate solar energy opportunities while addressing structural concerns related to the roof. The Lakewood Civic Center consists of two (2) main buildings situated atop a shared parking structure with a plaza in between and are as follows Civic Center South Building (480 S. Allison Pkwy., Lakewood, CO 80226): A 66,500 SF facility used primarily as office space with precast concrete spandrel beams and glass storefront windows. The roof is an original EPDM ballasted system, and the HVAC consists of central air handlers with supplemental units, all of which are nearing the end of their useful life. Civic Center North Building (470 S. Allison Pkwy., Lakewood, CO 80226): A 77,760 SF facility used primarily as an office space and theater with similar construction to the Civic Center South Building.
