Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Millwood, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The general contract for Argonne Road, Empire to Liberty Congestion Relief, including asphalt pavement, traffic signal work, irrigation, illumination, concrete medians, shared-use path, concrete pavement, sidewalks, and coordination with Union Pacific Railroad. Bid security: A certified or bank cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the City of Millwood, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Millwood. Rejection of Bids: The city shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. All work performed on the project will be subject to state prevailing wage rates.
