Crack Sealing Material - Polymer Based Only Material to be free flowing, self-leveling, high adhesive and flexible product that resists cracking in winter and flow at summer temperatures. Material will be applied using a pressure feed melter applicator. Price to be per pound and include all delivery charges to Gratiot County Road Commission. The Commission reserves the right to purchase material from any and/or all bidders when in their opinion said purchases are in the best interest of the Gratiot County Road Commission. Price shall remain firm through March 1, 2026. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any part of or all bids and/or quotations and to waive any informality in the bidding which in their opinion will be beneficial to the County of Gratiot. This contract can be extended only if mutually agreeable between the supplier and the Gratiot County Road Commission, under the terms and conditions provided herein.
