Site work and new construction of a detention facility in Orofino, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
A new a 100-bed minimum security dormitory, approximately 20,000 square feet. The facility will include a control room(s), day room(s), and ancillary uses. There are four potential site locations and the final selected site may determine the proposed building's footprint, number of stories, and character. The scope will include all site improvements required for the new facility. The facility should be designed with efficiency, durable materials, and low operating costs.
