Site work for a water / sewer project in Westport, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contractor shall replace and/or repair pier. The north pier, fuel pier and south pier, as well as restore areas harmed by the contractor. North Pier: Demolish the existing pile supported timber pier, asphalt walkway, gangway, and dock section. Replace with ADA compliant concrete ramp, new pile supported timber pier, ADA compliant gangway and new reconfigured dock section. Bond: 15% Bid Bond Questions in regards to the bid shall be submitted in writing to bwatson@westportct.gov by Thursday January 23, 2024 at 4:00 PM. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
