JSCM Co, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of NRC, is inviting Bidders specializing in the following scopes to submit a technical and financial proposal for the M38 Acoustic Lab Facility Project. The project is located at 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa, ON. TP14 - Cranes & Lifts SECTION 14 20 06 PASSENGER ELEVATOR SECTION 14 20 30 OVERHEAD TRAVELLING CRANES AND HOISTS SECTION 14 43 21 MATERIAL PLATFORM LIFTS The Project requires fitting out the recently constructed building M38 at the Montreal Road campus, which will house five (5) acoustic facilities and their staff. It also includes completion of partially finished exterior work and completing the base building fit-up and office fit-up, including electrical and mechanical fit-up systems, elevators, washrooms, and meeting rooms on the west side of the building, which is at the shell stage The following security may be required for a contract value in excess of $250,000, at the discretion of JSCM: Either Performance Bond (50% or 100%) and Labour and Materials Payment Bond (50% or 100%) Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
