Update the following DWSAP Sections: o Vulnerability Summary o Delineation of Water Protection Zones (attach Map) o Physical Barrier Effectiveness (PBE) o Inventory of Possible Contaminating Activities (PCA Inventories) o Vulnerability Ranking ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE STUDY Since the previous Assessments several activities have changed the Districts system, and the District has prioritized the assessments of the following sources and should be included in the proposal: Primary Source list: o Well 11A o Well 24A o Well 24B o Well 25 o Well 28A o Well 39 o Well 125 o Well 132-5 o Well 141 o Well 142 o Well 151 The Consultant should prepare assessments to comply with all current and anticipated requirements from the California Department of Public Health and State Water Resources Control Board and any partnering Agencies. Proposals should be presented to address the Primary Source list as the mandatory task with the effort broken down to perform the assessment for each site. All questions or request for clarification must be submitted by January 15, 2025 to MHurst@eastvalley.org.
