Renovation of an educational facility in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids to be valid for 30 days. Bids to be submitted utilizing the attached bid form Starr Corporation is the CM/GC for this project. Starr Corporation may elect to submit proposal(s) on bid packages. Starr Corporation's proposal will be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on the bid date. This early bid delivery is designed to give all bidders an assurance of an open, competitive, and fair bidding environment. Schedule: We are anticipating May 27, 2025 commencement and an August 14, 2026 completion. May 27, 2025 to August 14, 2025 work will be focused on structural upgrades, HVAC curbs, and reroof of the areas that are not clouded. During the summer of 2025 corridor and finish work could also be completed in this same area of the buildings. We anticipate work shutting down on this project September 2025 to March 2026. In March 2026 we anticipate beginning the install of RTUs in the non-clouded area. Boiler demolition and removal can commence as soon as heating capacity is no longer needed. We anticipate this being late April 2026. Beginning May 26, 2026 reroof, ceilings, structural upgrades, etc. will commence in the clouded areas. All work to be complete on, or prior to, August 14, 2025. After bidding is complete, we will work with successful contractors to finalize the project schedule.
