A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include site improvements consisting of the demolition of the existing site improvements, new asphalt, parking with ADA designations, cement approaches, a 6-foot chain-link fence with site screening, four gates (3 variations) and landscaping/irrigation. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
