Saving Project...

Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

Project consists of the remodel and renovations to the existing area of food service (now abandoned) and dining on the second floor, new student area with storage, additional offices and restroom. Demolition Scope is as follows: Build wall to separate work area. Wall to be 2x material framed and sheeted with plywood and painted a uniform color to be selected by the owner. Plan on 180' of wall. Wall to be installed at beginning of work and removed mid August 2025. Demolition work can begin December 16, 2024 and must be complete by January 17, 2025. Perform demolition work as defined on drawings and Specification Sections 024119 and 266000. Include demolition for MEP scopes. Demo of equipment on roof to be performed in May of 2025. Roof patching by others. Elevator at Grid Line J and 6 can be utilized for stocking material and removing materials from demolition. Contractor responsible for haul off and legal disposal of material. Work by Owner: Owner will perform the following additional work at site after Substantial Completion. Completion of that work will depend on successful completion of preparatory Work under this Contract. 1. Dining furniture relocation. 2. Signage (other than indicated in division 10) 3. Video monitors and installation 4. Data systems and equipment 5. Breakroom appliances
