RFQ Contractor - Constructing or Upgrading Existing DCFC EV Charging Stations The approximate cost of each Project is $1,000,000. Twin Falls County, and A024(767), Key No. 24767 in Bannock County. Idaho's National electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Program is for the work of constructing or upgrading existing DCFC EV charging stations in the Lewiston, Bliss and Pocatello service areas that conform to the minimum standards of 23 CFR & 680 and other applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Each NEVI site must be located within a one-mile travel distance from an Interstate Highway System exit or highway intersection on an approved alternative fuel corridor (AFC). Applicants must operate and maintain stations for at least five (5) years following station commissioning. The Idaho Transportation Department is utilizing a Best-Value, Design-Build procurement process for these projects. Electronic statement of qualifications from interested parties will be received only through the Department's designated point of contact by the date and time specified in the RFQ or as amended by subsequent addendum.
