Pursuant to Idaho Code 54-4501 and 67-2320, The City of Twin Falls will accept Statements of Qualifications(SOQs) from licensed Idaho Public Works Construction Managers in good standing to perform constructionmanagement services.Pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2320, the City plans to use the Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) delivery process in accordance with the Qualification Based Selection process. The City is seeking SOQs fromqualified firms to provide CM/GC services to assist with this project. Any statement of qualifications received after such time will not be considered and will not be returned. The City reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs, to waive any irregularities in the SOQs received, and toselect the firms that are in the best interest of the City of Twin Falls and the public.The issuance of the RFQ and the receipt and evaluation of SOQs does not obligate the City of Twin Falls toaward contracts. The City of Twin Falls will pay no costs incurred in responding to this RFQ. The City may, in its discretion, cancel this process at any time prior to execution of a contract without liability.
