Renovation of a detention facility in Mount Sterling, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Project Number: CDB# 120-007-019 The scope of work provides for removing and replacing two gas-fired water heaters in the Boiler Building with three new gas-fired water heaters. The scope also includes replacing the timer valves on the lavatories in all housing unit cells. The contractor shall complete all work through Substantial Completion in accord with the contract within 274 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Authorization to Proceed and shall complete all remaining work in accordance with the contract (Final Acceptance) within 60 consecutive calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion. Questions, Clarifications, additional manufacturers, etc. must go to A/E 7 calendar days prior to bid date. Last day to submit: Monday, February 24, 2025
