Renovation of a residential development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Attention is called to the fact that not less than minimum salaries and wages as specified by the U.S. Secretary of Labor as set forth in the specification may be paid on the rehabilitation work. The contractor must, furthermore, ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color or creed, sex or national origin. The bidder must file a certificate of insurance with the Rehab Division evidencing comprehensive public liability insurance coverage protecting the property owner for not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate arising out of the work performed by the contractor. Contractors must submit prequalification forms at https://planninghcd.cityofomaha.org/contractor-information in order to obtain the bidding information.
