Experienced, reliable HVAC and Electrical Contractors are needed on a contract basis for installation and repair on single and multifamily housing units in Washington and Buchanan Counties and the City of Bristol, VA. Contractors must have a valid Virginia Contractor's License, proof of General Liability Insurance, Workers' Compensation, and successfully complete a Contractor's Qualification Application which can be acquired by contacting People Incorporated. All contractors will be required to acquire OSHA 10 certification provided through People Incorporated. Local contractors will be utilized whenever possible. All work will be procured through a competitive bidding process. Contracts will be awarded based on qualifications, availability, price, references and understanding of the scope of work.
