Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of March 26th, 2025, the project was awarded to Valley Paving Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,167,323.05.** The City is reconstructing Shady Oak Road from Valley View Road to Flying Cloud Drive. In addition to roadway repairs, the project will include minor improvements to the watermain, sanitary sewer and storm sewer in the area. The project will also include construction of a trail from Valley View Road to Flying Cloud Drive, which will close an existing gap and provide connection to the Southwest Light Rail Transit Golden Triangle Station. Private driveway aprons along the trail route will be replaced.
