2025 Bituminous Mill & Overlay, Underseal and Reclamation Project Site Directions: Pavement Rehabilitation at various sites throughout Eden Prairie. Est. Completion Date: Aug. 29, 2025 This project includes all labor and materials and all else necessary for the placement of approximately 38,600 tons of bituminous mill and overlays, underseal and reclamation. The project is in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and will consist of Mill Bituminous Surface (1.5"), Mill Bituminous Surface (2"), Underseal and Full Depth Reclamation of the existing pavement on approximately 12.8 miles of residential and collector streets in various locations as shown within the project plans. The City may, at its discretion, purchase all or any lesser amount of the estimated quantities during the contract period at the contract price, with no adjustments or claims made. Where specifications refer to Minnesota Department of Transportation, the latest MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction, must be used except as altered by these Special Conditions. The Contractor is not allowed to begin any milling, reclaiming or related operations prior to June 23, 2025 and shall begin no later than July 14, 2025 Roadway Disturbance Restrictions: The Contractor must overlay the milled areas (1.5" or 2" depth) or pave base course within reclaimed areas within 5 working days of initial disturbance (either milling or reclaim). Final wear must be paved in reclaimed areas within 5 working days of base course paving.
