Project work to include, but not limited to: replacement of concrete pavement, sidewalks, construction of an HMA parking lot, driveway replacements, construction of roundabouts at the intersections of 15th and 18th Streets; removal of traffic signals, installation of decorative lighting, new storm sewer, landscaping, pavement markings, and other related work. A Business Enterprise Program (BEP) is required to be submitted with all bids. A 1% goal of grant dollars shall go to minority-owned business enterprises (WBEs or WMBEs).
